Robyn S Walsh

Chief Executive Officer

Robyn, a widely respected health services professional in the United States, is a strategist and business leader with a strong record of achieving business growth and profitability during 15 years of leadership in health care delivery, pharmacy benefit management and in finance and investor relations; she previously worked for Aetna for nine years, where she served, ultimately, as President of Workers Compensation Access.

Prior to this, she served in various executive positions in medical delivery at U.S. Healthcare. Robyn's extensive health services experience includes hospital administration and finance, practice administration and health care contract consulting.

 

Adam Goldberger

Chief Financial Officer

Adam is a senior manager and finance professional with 15 years of accounting, financial and statutory reporting, budgeting and business analysis, procurement, IT and communications experience.  Combining strategic thinking with a keen eye for detail, he is a firm believer in building strong foundations that support operational objectives.

Adam's career has included executive roles in banking and finance, IT and professional services for private and listed companies both in Australia and internationally, having spent a number of years in Israel and New York.  Adam is a qualified CPA with a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

 

David Camilleri

Chief Information Officer

David has 15 years of technology management experience in network engineering, technology operations management, infrastructure services and, immediately prior to joining mlcoa, in the management of service delivery of operational and deployment readiness to a major Australian telecommunications corporation. 

Tertiary qualified in Information Technology, David has continued his studies in evolving technologies to stay attuned to the latest IT advances and their potential business application.

 

Rob Jackson

Chief Administrative Officer

Rob commenced his career in the
Australian Regular Army, where he
held a range of command, training
and administrative roles, including appointment as ADC to the
Governor-General of Australia.
Rob has over 30 years senior human resources, corporate management
and governance experience
in the defence, tertiary education, information technology, aerospace, communications and financial services sectors, in both national and international roles.

With tertiary qualifications in Arts/Political Science, he has also completed postgraduate studies in industrial relations, management, training and change management.

 

Sue Green

Chief Operations Officer

Sue's past experience and adeptness in client relationship and operational management has been invaluable in the further development of many services for mlcoa’s clients. Furthermore, her leadership skills, comprehensive understanding of states’ medico legal legislations and court/tribunal requirements, as well as extensive knowledge and expertise in the quality control of mlcoa’s medical legal reports has enabled her to become an outstanding example of achievement to her peers.

Sue's additional involvement with the establishment of training and development courses for mlcoa’s clients’ case managers, as well as with the enhancement of integrated assessments and early intervention management, have proved to be vital contributions.

Corrine Law-Davis

State Manager - Western Australia

Corrine has approximately 30 years experience in the health services sector; commencing originally in hospital administration she progressed into a range of financial and commercial management roles in various hospitals and medical centres in Western Australia.  Corrine then moved into medical practice operations management and, ultimately, State Management responsibilities - initially for Mayne Health / Symbion Health then finally with Healthscope. 

With extensive administrative, operational and management experience in the health sector, Corrine brings a high level of skill and a solid understanding of health services to mlcoa.

 

Jane Yarham

State Manager - Tasmania

Jane provides exceptional expert medical legal assistance to mlcoa’s many clients in the insurance industry, the corporate arena and the legal profession with solutions to their practical and legal difficulties in injury and claims management. She counterbalanced her employment in the insurance industry at a Lloyds of London subsidiary, by subsequently becoming qualified with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Legal and Justice Studies.

 

Jennifer Boyd

State Manager - Queensland

Jennifer has nearly 30 years experience in managing teams at a state and national level across diverse industry sectors. Jennifer first joined mlcoa Queensland in 2001 to 2004 and returned to her previous role of Queensland State Manager in June 2008, bringing with her a comprehensive understanding of the medical legal issues facing clients. During her three year hiatus, she recruited, trained and led a census team of 300 through her own business consultancy. Jennifer holds a degree in Science and a MBA.

 

State Manager - New South Wales & ACT

Kym brings to mlcoa valuable insurance industry expertise gained through many years of experience in senior managerial positions in the industry. Her considerable training in the areas of leadership, negotiation skills, customer service, trade practices, and privacy, further strengthening mlcoa’s expert medico legal service to its many national clients.

 

Michelle Carse

State Manager - South Australia & Northern Territory

Michelle has approximately 15 years experience in injury compensation, leading teams and delivering best practice service improvement and education within the health sector. Michelle was Chair of the Permanent Impairment Assessment (PIA) Working Party and has successfully managed teams of staff, medical consultants and a number of subcontractors.

Michelle holds a Master of Business, Personal Injury and a Diploma in Health Service Management along with a Bachelor of Business Studies, Major in Accounting.
