Quality management system
At mlcoa, we have developed an internal Quality Management System (QMS), complete with dedicated competency based training manuals. Every Quality Assurance (QA) team member is required to undertake comprehensive training and successfully complete three modules of competency to gain full role certification.
This dedicated team of QA professionals support our high calibre medical specialists and ensure reports delivered by mlcoa are subject to multiple stages of quality review to produce a premium product for our customers. This team undertake quality checks of all reports to ensure errors are minimised and a clear opinion is expressed and that all relevant questions and issues are addressed.
