SMS patient reminders

On the authority of the client, if a patient’s mobile number is provided, mlcoa is able to send the patient a SMS reminder 24 hours prior to their appointment. This provides the patient with confirmation of the time and place for their appointment and helps to minimise the risk of non-attendance.

Referral Letters / Questions to ask

We have found the quality of an independent medical report has a direct relationship to the design of the schedule of questions. If the wording of questions within a referral letter is unclear or ambiguous, or if the purpose of the request is not clearly stated, it may result in a less than satisfactory outcome. mlcoa can advise on how to design a suitably tailored schedule of questions for each assessment.
